Goldilocks : The Crime Documentary

KOKO the Detective:

A break-in.
Three victims.
One bowl of porridge… gone.
Who did it?

CASE FILE: GOLDILOCKS

KOKO:
In a quiet corner of the Evergreen Forest, an ordinary family returned home… to an extraordinary crime scene.
A home invaded.
Furniture destroyed.
Snacks eaten without permission.
This… is the untold story of The Goldilocks Case.

Mama Bear:
She didn’t just taste it.
She finished the entire bowl.
My baby’s porridge… gone.
Not even a drip left.

Papa Bear

The chair wasn’t just broken - it was destroyed.
Snapped. In. Half.
Who sits with that much force?

Baby Bear:
It was my favourite chair…
And she didn’t even say sorry.

Dr. Furry Paws (Child Psychologist):

This is a classic case of impulse control.
Goldilocks saw something she wanted… and acted without thinking of the consequences.
Many young humans go through this stage.
The lesson?
Stop… think… then eat the porridge.

Ranger Maple (Forest Safety Officer):
Break-ins in the forest are on the rise.
Chipmunks raiding snack cupboards… raccoons stealing picnic baskets…
But this case?
This was planned.
She tested three bowls. Three chairs. Three beds.
That’s not an accident - that’s method.

KOKO:
For investigators, the hair sample was the biggest breakthrough.
Golden. Curly. Human.
A match was found… but by then, she was long gone.
Goldilocks was never caught.
Some say she’s still out there - tasting porridge, testing chairs, trying beds… in other forests.

If you see her… do not approach.
Hide your porridge.

KOKO:

Did you notice something?

This story uses a famous storytelling trick called the Rule of Three.

There are three bears in the story.

Goldilocks didn’t try one bowl… or two…

She tried three.

Three bowls. Three chairs. Three beds.

If Goldilocks tried only ONE bowl… boring.

TWO bowls… still meh.

But THREE?

That’s when our brains go: “Ooh, what happens next?!

It keeps your audience curious, and it makes the ending feel just right.

You’ll spot this pattern in lots of books and movies once you start looking for it!
